On 7/28/2010, Jiffy Mart #440 in Hampstead, MD hosted a free f’real Happy Hour during which time our store gave away f’real MilkShakes, Smoothies or Frozen Cappuccinos from 10:00AM – 2:00PM. This event was an excellent opportunity for our store to introduce new customers to f’real.

Point of Sale materials were up a few weeks in advance to promote the day. Jiffy Mart also utilized Facebook and the store message board to help get the word out.

We had extra staff on hand that day to assist customers in making the milkshakes. Wendy Brehm, the store manager at Hampstead was working the machine the entire day. We also allowed our associates to get in on the fun with a free shake of their choice.

In total, within a 4 hour time frame, we gave out nearly 400 milkshakes. This was a great way to create some excitement, have some fun, promote our new line, and give back to the community.
